THE SHOP WILL REOPEN JANUARY 30TH 2022 - all orders will be processed from that date onwards.
'Made To Order' - please allow 3-5 weeks before shipping. (Some items may be available sooner - email directly if you need your order for a specific date.)
'Ready To Ship' - please allow 2 working days before shipping.
Free UPS Standard Shipping on all orders.
If you wish to have your order shipped outside the UK please check what import charges / customs duties you can expect to pay on the value of your order. All orders to countries outside of the United Kingdom are shipped on DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis.
I am constantly adding new shipping regions to my website. Should your country not be listed at checkout yet please get in touch directly via the contact form or email email@example.com. I will then determine the cost and invoice you directly.
I love to wrap all products beautifully for you! If you wish to add a message and/or gift tag to your order please email the details with your order number.
A complimentary printed tote bag is added to every shipment.
All shipments are tracked and insured and you will receive a notification email with your tracking details.
Return & Exchange Policy
Reasons for a return:
You changed your mind:
Cancellations of orders need to be made in writing within 10 hours of placing an order.
Once your order has been delivered a 14 day return period applies. Only fully priced ready to ship items can be exchanged. No refunds can be given on made to order products but I am happy to exchange your purchase for another product or credit note given that you return your item in new and undamaged condition.
Please note that earrings and special custom orders are non returnable.
It has arrived damaged:
If your order has arrived damaged please send me an email immediately to firstname.lastname@example.org within a day of receiving your order and make sure to include a clear picture!
Item looks different to the product picture:
All of my products are handmade so it is unavoidable that they might vary slightly from the pictures you see on the website. I always take the greatest care in finishing all my products to a very high standard and would never ship something out to you that is less than perfect! However if you feel there's a significant disappointment please email me so we can resolve the problem.
Item broke after being worn:
Although this rarely happens, studs can come off in which case I am happy to send you a replacement to attach to either your bag or belt! Silver is a softer metal and delicate styles should be handled with care. I am happy to repair jewellery and would ask a small surcharge to cover repair and shipping.
How to return:
Return shipments must be insured and tracked services. Please make sure to return a product in it's original condition and packaging. Shipping refunds only apply on lost shipments or items arriving in damaged condition. No refunds can be given on custom duties or taxes when shipping outside the UK. Once a delivery attempt has been made we see the shipment as fulfilled and it is the buyers responsibility to arrange redelivery.
Credit notes are valid for 6 months.
